According to MCN, BMW Motorrad has confirmed that the mass-production of the Concept C starts in 2012. The radical concept was designed to show the future of BMW motorcycles and was unveiled at last year’s Intermot in Cologne. BMW also confirmed that the production version of the bike will debut at this year’s EICMA show. The bike is powered by a powerful parallel twin wngine. And what about the production version? “Sadly we won’t have lasers fitted and however hard we’ve tried we can’t find anyone to make blue tyres.” says BMW Vice President of Design David Robb.
